Friendly Amendment:
7. Delegates may request to speak to a motion or make a point of personal privilege by typing in the webinar question panel the following: their name, congregation and “I would like to speak (for or against) the motion” or “I would like to make a point of personal privilege.” Those requesting to speak to a motion or make a point of personal privilege will be recognized by the Bishop in the order received, alternating those speaking for and against. The Bishop will announce the speaker’s name and congregation. The speaker will then be unmuted in order to address the Convocation.

Resolution to Endorse the NALC 2020 Vision
Resolution:
- To endorse, with great thanksgiving, the direction that the 2020 vision sets for the entire NALC for the next four years; and, further
- To commit to fervent daily prayer and action for the 2020 Vision to come to life in and among us; and further
- To encourage collaboration of all disciples, congregations and entities of the NALC in implementing Vision 2020; and finally,
- To call for and welcome annual reports on Vision 2020 as well as frequent updates on how the 2020 Vision is coming to life in individual discipleship, congregational renewal, mission district initiatives, with our mission partners, global and ecumenical partners, and throughout this church body.
